The coating does not affect the surface color, and even can apply on glass.

Anti - Contamination

Water and other liquids will not directly contact the surface of the coated material so bacteria and radiation are greatly diminished or eliminated and the surface is easy to decontaminate.

Water Repellent

Water and many other liquids are easily repelled due to hydrophobic surface.

Anti – Dust

When dust, dirt or other molecules accumulate on the coated surface, a light spray of water or a blast of air grabs the dust and removes it.

What is NanoHEAT ?

NanoHEAT is an exceptional nanotechnology product that allows the end user to protect both industrial and domestic surfaces with ultra-thin nanoscale layer of molecular coating.

The coating offers resistance to alkalis, acids and solvents and is highly durable, heat tolerant, anti-microbial with non-stick and “easy clean” characteristics.

9H Hardness

Keep coated materials dry, eliminating the formation of ice or, in the case of frost, making the removal of ice easier.

Provide stability for up to 40,000 hours without external interference.

Easy Application

Remove all oil, grease, dust, dirt, and other foreign materials to promote optimum adhesion. Clean smooth surfaces with 99% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and microfiber cloths or other lint-free cloths.
Spray NanoHEAT on the surface, waiting around 30 seconds, and then, wipe the coated surface with a 3M anti-static cloth. (The best recommendation is to apply by HVLP sprayer with a 1.0mm needle)
The coating will be dried in a few minutes. The coated objective shall be left for 24-48 hours to facilitate chemical bonding.
Cleanup: Clean spray or other application equipment with acetone after using.

SHELTER AMBIENT TEMPERATURE

Stress Test

After 1/3 Start of Stress test, the fan is not activated, and the environment temperature rises to 41 degree (AirCon is not running)

Stress Test

Before 1/3, 2 sets of AirCon is used to maintain the temperature of the service room, the average temperature is 24 degree.

After 1/17 turn on the intake/outflow fan, the environment temperature maintain at 24.5 degree. (AirCon is not running.)
